📋 Nomination Guidelines

  1. Eligibility: Anyone with an active Zambian mobile number.
  2. One Person, One Nomination: Each mobile number can submit one nomination per category.
  3. Deadline: Nomination must be completed by 5 August 2025. Late nominations will not be considered.
  4. Mobile Number Verification: An OTP will be sent to your mobile number to verify your identity.
  1. Confidentiality: All nominations are confidential. The identity of the nominators and the details of the nominations will not be disclosed.
  2. Conflict of Interest: Nominators must disclose any potential conflicts of interest with their nominations. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
  3. Final Decision: The decision of the awards committee is final. Appeals or requests for re-evaluation will not be entertained.

For this Category of Awards the following criteria will be followed:
  • Float Availability
  • Customer complaint resolution
  • Demographic outreach (Gender/ Youth)
  • Agency Network

  • Reliability
  • Client Coverage
  • Innovative financial inclusion products

🏆 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Awards

For this Category of Awards the following criteria will be followed:
  • Number of CSR projects undertaken
  • Impact of CSR project(s) on wider society
  • Percentage of CSR expenditure to revenue (highest CSR expenditure/ revenue ratio)

🏆 Customer Service Awards

For this Category of Awards the following criteria will be followed:
  • Complaint resolution and responsiveness
  • Availability of service charter & Customer Call Centre
  • Customer treatment
  • Customer responsiveness

🏆 Financial Sector Leadership Awards

For this Category of Awards the following criteria will be followed:
  • Profitability growth rate
  • Percentage of NPLs
  • Market share

  • Demonstration of leadership initiatives
  • ESG Champion Requirements:
  • Environmental Stewardship: The Leader should demonstrate active leadership in sustainable finance. The nominee must embrace and integrate green products and environmentally conscious investments namely, green bonds, renewable energy financing, or climate risk mitigation—into institutional strategy and full operationalisation.
  • Social Impact Leadership: Advocates for inclusive finance and community empowerment. The nominee should be known for championing financial inclusion, improving access to finance for underserved groups, promoting financial literacy, and building inclusive systems that reflect equity and social responsibility.
  • Governance Excellence: Models integrity, transparency, and ethical leadership. The nominee must demonstrate commitment to good governance practices, ensure compliance, manage risks responsibly, and inspire trust through consistent and principled decision-making.
